Returns

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Exchanges

Return Shipping Fees
Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a manufacturing defect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned. These include:
