Order Processing & Shipping Timeline

We process orders Monday through Friday during business hours. Orders are typically shipped within 7-12 business days from the date of order placement. However, please note that processing times may vary depending on the specifics of your order.

Processing Time:
Standard orders typically take 1-4 business days to process. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in the processing time.
For made-to-order items, large orders, or custom orders, the standard processing time is between 4-8 business days. We will provide you with an updated timeframe for fulfillment after your order is reviewed.
Shipping Providers & Delivery Locations

We ship to customers in the United States and internationally. For U.S. domestic orders, we use trusted carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

Domestic Shipping (United States):

We use USPS, FedEx, or UPS for shipping. If your address can only be serviced by FedEx or UPS, please notify us after placing your order, as the majority of our shipments are sent via USPS.
International Shipping:

We currently ship to a variety of global locations. The following are estimated delivery times after processing:
Poland, United States: 7-12 Business Days
Canada, United Kingdom, Europe: 7-14 Business Days
Australia, New Zealand: 10-15 Business Days
Asia, Middle East: 12-15 Business Days
Central and South America: 10-25 Business Days
Please note that delivery times are estimated from the point of shipment and do not include the processing time for your order. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Expedited Shipping

For faster delivery, expedited shipping options via DHL or FedEx are available at an additional cost. This service may not be available for all products. If you wish to choose expedited shipping, please contact our Customer Service team at support@kickluxe.com for further assistance and pricing details.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link within 24-48 hours. You can use this link to track your order's progress. Our system aggregates information from all involved carriers, and you can also track your order directly on the carrier's website.

We will keep you updated with shipping confirmation emails and provide free status updates on your shipment as it progresses.

Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping:
Standard shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Replacement Items & Returns:
If an order is delayed or damaged, we will send replacement items free of charge. Additional shipping costs may apply for returns or replacements if the customer is responsible for the error. Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a refund for the shipping cost.

Please note: We are not responsible for errors made by customers when entering their shipping address. Please ensure that all address details are correct during checkout. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot accommodate changes or returns.

Lost or Missing Packages

Kick Luxe is not responsible for lost or missing packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer during the checkout process. If a package is lost or delayed by the carrier, please contact us, and we will assist in tracking down the issue.

Shipping Delays & High Volume Notifications

Due to high package volumes, deliveries may be delayed. Our logistics partners have informed us that this may occasionally result in extended delivery times. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding as we work to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible.
